Pristine Cut Carpentry, LLC, was created in 2022 by Orville (OJ) and Jessica Creary to bring exceptional remodeling and building skills to homeowners in Northwest Michigan. The company provides services in Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix and surrounding communities. 

 

OJ, who is originally from Jamaica, started working in construction with Jessica's stepfather, a seasoned finished carpenter with 40 years of experience.  OJ learned about installing trim and drywall, framing and roofing, along with designing and installing custom cabinetry and built-ins like bookcases.

To further hone his skills, OJ worked for a mid-size construction company in Northern Michigan. After several years, he moved up to work for a very large construction company that built multi-million dollar homes. His crew was charged primarily with installing siding, soffits and trim. When other workers starting consulting him for his expertise, he knew it was time to get his builders license and start his own company.

In 2022, OJ became a licensed builder with the State of Michigan. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Northern Michigan, the Home Builders Association of Michigan and the National Home Builders Association.

Jessica is the Office Manager at Pristine Cut Carpentry assisting with billing, ordering, and customer service. Their work crew includes experienced family members that help bring projects to completion on time and on budget.

As active parents, Jessica and OJ enjoy being involved in the many adventures of their children (two girls and a boy) and all that Northern Michigan has to offer. They reside in Harbor Springs, Michigan.
